still no response

i wrote a review a few days back about the service at Discovery.I had two pending issues.I submitted a refund claim and updating of details for the OTP. I got a call from a rather unpleasant Matseliso and she amended the details.There is still no word on the refund claim,nor is there an acknowledgment of my complaint.

Clearly no one is bothered
