Still no payout on my MSA savings

I think Discovery are pathetic. They have no issues taking payment every month, but as soon as it comes to paying out to their clients there are so many hoops to jump through its ridiculous. After going back and forth with this people for the past month and sending in supporting documents and motivational letters and basically being **** to because of all the conflicting feedback I've been getting from them, they finally contacted me to tell me that my refund has been actioned on the 24th of November. It's the 4th of December today and still no payment has been made. I informed them how critical my situation is and how little time I have and yet they still dragging their feet and it seems like the only way to get a reaction from them is to list them here on hellopeter. You people are a disgrace!!!
