Still no news on PMB refund

My baby daughter was born with a heart defect and has been registered on a PMB. At the end of last year her PMB expired and I wasn't notified. When we got her medication at the beginning of this year, I was charged more than R3000 out of my MSA for meds that have historically been covered as a CIB. I then re-registered her on the PMB and for the last week and a half I have been trying to arrange for the refund of the medication as I was told by Discovery the PMB will be backdated and the medicine will be covered under her approved CIB and PMB. On Friday I was phoned by a consultant and I had to explain the entire situation again after a week of the other consultant who helped me seemingly didn't do anything. I was told on the 22nd of February that my refund should be processed latest by the 26th but it hasn't and being phoned a day after a committed deadline was not met and having to explain the entire situation to a consultant again drives me up the wall.
