Still no joy from Discovery

I recenntly wrote a complaint about non-payment of Discovery, following a lenthy period of correspondence between myself, Discovery and my Physio The****** Mrs Bessie Vermeulen at ***.. An agent of Discovery, called Maggie, called to verify the problem. She supp**** her e-mail address to both Mrs Vermeulen and myself to resubmit our claim to the Discovery Escalation dept. The address provided was ***. To our dismay our mails have failed to go through as we both apparently have not received the correct mailing address. We are at the end of our tether on how to adress the situation.
