still no feedback

i am still awaiting feedback regarding my outstanding balance for a surgery done on the 4th of October, i was told that i will get feedback after 3 days when i received a call on the 17th of October from Heelan Nana to date i have not had any feedback, i think as south Africans we have come to live with the terrible service we get & all we do it just pay and move on
