Still no card
This was posted on the 5th of June 2015: <br> My brother joined Discovery in December, and to date he has not received his medical aid card. From personal experience I know that the card normally take 1 or 2 weeks to be delivered. I am absolutely shocked to find out that it has been 6 months and still no card. Every time he calls the customer call centre he gets told that the card will be delivered, and it never is. <br> <br> I received a reply from Rishana the same day saying that the issue will be resolved promptly... My brother also received a reply on the 5th of June saying that someone will contact him on Monday the 8th of June, but to date no call. Today is the 15th of June, and still no card. This is now beyond disgusting.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention and really sorry to hear that the cards have still not been received. We've requested an urgent follow-up and have emailed your brother the confirmation.
I will stay close to this to ensure that the card is delivered during the course of the week and he is welcome to contact me directly.
