Still haven't received my cards after 6 months
I joined Discovery Medical aid in August of 2021. I still haven't received my cards. This is not on. Takealot is able to deliver mask costing only R99 within a day but Discovery can't deliver medical aid cards for someone paying around R5000 per month. This is not on. Please deliver my medical aid cards before I switch to another medical aid scheme.

12 Feb 2021, 11:37Thanks. Cards delivered via FedEx. I feel Discovery must stop relying on Post Office. If the issue is cost, they must give clients a choice to pick courier delivery. I wouldn't mind paying for courier instead of relying on a dysfunctional Post Office.
