Still dont understand how can you be on Classic Comphrensive Cover(Discovery Medical Aid) and still pay more than 60% levie on chronic medication.

My child is on chronic medication, his neurologist did fill in all the necessary forms that the medical aid needed and the motivation letter but i still pay more than 60% levies. If the medical aid can not pay for medication why did they put it as chronic, is being a month since i have tried to understand why Discovery do not pay for my child medication which they have put it as chronic till today.
