Still disappointed with Discovery Administration

More than 30 days later and my problems with Discovery just seems to go from bad to worse.

From Discovery cancelling my medical aid membership to reinstating it again after I wrote a review on this platform. Yet here we still still are with the endless phone calls with no help at all. I'm really tired and extremely disappointed in the medical aid scheme. I was admitted to a Netcare hospital that is contracted to Key Care but the doctor's are not paid and the call center is just clueless on getting my queries resolved. I'm so sick of Discovery and Garden City Clinic. Garden City Clinic, referred me to Discovery for assistance with the query. It would be appreciated if someone can resolve the queries or please advise if I should cancel my member as it appears that I don't matter in any case. I'm just a number
