Still awaiting Medical aid card

I called discovery last year requesting that i get a new medical aid card since i was hijacked and lost all my belongings. My card was never delivered! i called again in March 2021 requesting for the card, i was told that it would be posted, to date i have not received my medical aid card. Most doctors do not accept the virtual card and i end up paying cash when consulting.
