Still awaiting feedback

I faxed off my income verification for existing members on Sunday to *** as per the form, I emailed to keycareincome@ and also to health info@, I received notifications that all my emails since Sunday was received and read that a consultant will call me or respond via email, thus far nobody came back to me yet. I wanted to know whether they received both pages and if I should get an affidavit at the police station as I no longer have a Uif certificate as I'm unemployed for almost 3 years now. I did not include a bank statement as per section 2. Trust someone will get in contact with me now. My Id no is *** and I inserted this on the form as I didn't know my membership number off hand.
