Stellar service from Nombuso Dlamini

I called in to query my hospital account. Phone was answered by the lovely Nombuso,very friendly and helpful. She even asked how I was feeling,she treated me like a human being. She had logged a query for me and said she'll call me back upon receiving feedback,I thought to myself that's it I won't hear from her. To my surprise she called as promised and give me feedback. I'm so happy to be a part of the Discovery family and I thank Nombuso for the star she is.
