<p>And yet again, Discovery Health has proven itself as the organisation with the mostul unacceptable behaviour around. This time, they overpaid a hospital bill in 2016, and are now planning to ***** the money by deducing it from our 2017 medical savings, thinking that the responsibility should be mine to claim the money back from the hospital - and to fix their mistakes. I have made several posts to their FB page and been promised several times to be contacted, which of course did not happen. So tired of this BS that this time, I'm actually going to take up the matter with the medical aids council. The time and energy that I have spent getting this place to stick to the rules... </p>
