Stay away! They just want your money and not to help

The worst medical aid I've ever come across!! You have to sit on the phone and get permission when you need to see a Dr that is on the network! How does that even make sense? Do they think people plan to be sick? What's the point of having this if I still end up paying cash anyways?!
