STAY AWAY, Quick to take your money, quicker to make excuses

I'm on a Classic Saver plan with my wife and daughter. This plan has all sorts of "benifits" including maternity, oncology and hospital benifits. Yet every time my wife goes for oncology or maternity scans, tests or consultations Discovery will always choose the easy way out and deduct the claims from the medical savings...the savings I pay for and use to take my family to doctors or get needed medicines. All this while the the so called Benifits are never used and when you call and ask there is always some poor excuse as to why such as "oh the hospital never informed us that she was was still admitted the next day" or "oh yes we cover oncology consultations, but not for this specific oncologist" or the best of all "sorry they used the wrong ICD10 code so we can't fix it"... all of this leads to you being hounded by attorneys for fees you never knew was not paid and tarnishing your credit rating and depleting your personal funds. They will also not do anything to assist and instruct you and say it is "advisable" for members to call the hospitals and doctors yourself to get the right documents or make an arrangement because of their absolute lazyness and if you tell them to have a shred of customer service and call the hospital self, they put you on hold, pretend to help and then hang up. I feel ****** that they so easily take your premiums over R9000 I might add) and still you sit and suffer from unpaid medical bills and have to do everything yourself to help the poor idiots that can't think past their own nose or have hidden "rules" and policies that ALWAYS only works in their favour to not pay. Discovery is ******* and *********** as a company and just helps hospitals and places like lancet and ampath squeeze every last cent possible out of you...they also loove increasing thier fees, sometimes even twice annually, all while cutting benifits done to the bone each time.
