Stay away from Primary Care!
Discovery Primary Care IS the worst! Every time when I try to take our nanny to a doctor - there is an issue. Dispensing of medicine is an issue - and needs to be paid out of pocket - and to top it of it takes 10 weeks to be reimbursed (after Onke told me it was done weeks ago). Dental visits are included in the benefit - but apparently not - they are not willing to pay one single cent for the dentist visit last week.

Discovery is not even willing to pay the dentist visit fee - and note - this is a dentist in the Discovery Primary Care Network - this is absolutely insane - AT LEAST cover the visit as you told me the Dentist is covered!!
