STAY AWAY FROM DISCOVERY !

I had an amount outstanding with Discovery, which I made arrangements for to pay off over 6 months. My last payment was in December. I have since been requesting a paid up letter from them , after weeks to my shock !!! I got my paid up letter which also stated I was added over !!!! I phoned them to query this , was put on hold for 15:13 minutes, then call got cut. They phoned me back, spoke to another person which also put me on hold for 17:13 minutes. I eventually drop the call. This is very shocking from Discovery, one of the reasons why I have left.... I need an answer today why I was handed over after arrangements was made and account settled IN FULL !!! THIS IS AN ERROR ON YOUR PART AND NEEDS TO BE SORTED AND NEED A NEW PAID UP LETTER !!!!
