Stay away from Discovery. Discovery is terrible at what they do.

I was on Discovery from March 2015 to May 2019. Nothing was communicated to me on my last month or the month after that. I only get the first call in October telling me I owe R1900. I asked how come and what are they on about. This lady tells me 'maybe'I overspend on my savings. I asked for an explanation because I cant just be told to pay such a bit amount 5 months later and I dont even know what it's for. Never got anything. Sometime in Novemeber or December I get another call. This caller says 'maybe' it's because someone else used your card because this was incurred in July 2019. Doesn't make sense as my medical was terminated in may. Still no statement or anything for me to refer to. I waited for that statement until it was 2020. Next thing I know I get an sms saying I've been handed over and therefore listed on ITC. I only got the statement after calling the collections company and requested them to request the statement for me as I'm not getting any joy. I got this statement a week after the company requested it. How do you list me on a matter that is in dispute and you haven't even provided me with any statement or invoice? How can you expect me to pay such a huge amount when all I'm hearing is 'maybe this maybe that's. How do you ONLY notify me of this 5 months later? I could've settled it long ago. This is utter bull**** for such a reputable company. Well at least I thought it was. You have the nerve to ruin my credit profile on things you haven't even explained besides giving me the maybe ****. Being listed on ITC for **** that YOU neglected to action is unacceptable. I will be reporting this further to the council for medical aid complaints. Who do you think you are? I'm disgusted.
