Stay away from DCS Bryanston & Discovery Health!

I submitted a change in policy request (continuation option as I resigned from my employer) on the 18th of June after having contacted Discovery's DCS Branch in Bryanston. I was told exactly which documents I need to prepare, sign and submit. This was sent and after a month of back and forth, discovery is charging me for the month's I didn't enjoy cover, i.e. June and July, yet my policy is still not sorted and now I have to re-submit all new documents as the initial request wasn't recorded! Shocking service from DCS Bryanston and Discovery!
