STAY AWAY DISCOVERY USELESS

💩service from discovery . Please all of those that might have received news on possible cancer please prepare yourself for a real struggle to get authorization, the Doctor in radiology deemed an urgent biopsy Discovery decided the type of Biopsy does not deem an urgent Biopsy ????????????? Been waiting for a reply from customer care for almost an hour now. NIce Discovery playing with someones life whom received possible devastating news and now one has to struggle with Discovery to get Authorization just to try and stay alive not nice so please be warned. I wish the people that think they can make the decisions realize how devastating the news is when received from radiology and they decided naahhhhhh not so urgent . And this after being a loyal member of Discovery for 22 years (which means nothing to them)

Now i am in Awe. Wednesday I phoned in to confirm if i need to get authorization and i was informed that i do need to get Authorization and only my GP can do this, which they did yesterday online through your system, the authorization was immediately rejected due to the fact that the excuse was that my GP may not request Authorization. NOW I ASK VERY NICELY DO YOU GUYS NOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING!!!!!!!!!!!!! AS I PHONED IN MYSELF HAD A BROKER PHONED IN AND WAS TOLD THAT ONLY THE GP CAN DO THIS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GET SOMEONE TO PHONE ME VERY URGENTLY WITHIN THE NEXT HOUR AS I AM GETTING REALLY ****ED OFF. MY BODY IS GOING NUMB IF MY RESULTS TURN OUT TO BE POSITIVE HOW AM I GONNA STRUGGLE MY ASS OFF THE GET AUTHORIZATION FOR TREATMENT. THANK YOU DISCOVERY FOR PUTTING EXTRA STRESS ON ME ON TOP OF A POSSIBLE CANCER DIAGNOSES
