Standard Claim Takes 21 DAYS!!!

I've been fighting with Discovery every single time i try to submit a claim.<br> I have had to call them back after submitting a claim and EVERY SINGLE TIME its a hasstle.<br> 7 working days for one claim - 12 days the next time - and this very basic \Pay me back claim".<br> <br> Submitted last wednesday - 22nd<br> Today - i call them back (Tuesday 28th) and i am told that my claim is stuck in a BOX55 (aka Junkmail)... and they cannot get it out from there for another couple of days.<br> After 3-5 days... they will resubmit the claim (taking 3-5 more days) - then send to accounts (2 more days) then send to my bank account (3-5) ... ALL OF THESE DAYS ARE WORKING DAYS!!<br> <br> For crying out loud... why!!!<br> <br> Discovery is full of skittles!!!"""
