Stalling on my Claims

I had a knee op last year as i was forced to pay R6000 because my plan didn't't allow me to go to sunward park hospital, now i went to the Specialist after the opp for a check up and paid the money for the specialist in December i had to fill in special forms after discovery never told me its declined and need to fill in special forms, for them to pay out and now after i filled in the forms they need additional info that is on the slips and statements witch could have been asked for on the forms, Monday i receive a call from my physio for the opp that discovery hasn't paid them and discovery never in formed me 4 months later and being handed over i filled out the same forms for discovery yet stalling on answer after yesterday i send all the details i only learnt now that they only submitted everything recently so why do i have to wait almost 3 weeks for the one where they said 2-3 days. Why do we pay so much for medical aid at discovery and not be given what we ask for surely the money is mine to use at doctors out my savings and why does discovery say we have 4 months to claim. We pay your salary's by paying high amounts off medical fees and all they do is why they cant pay us o
