Stalling on chronic medicine forms
Discovery is a shambles when it comes to requesting chronic medicine.
Though you have a year waiting period for pre-existing conditions - don't trust them to send you a form to start chronic medicine when you ask them after the waiting period.
Asthma is a serious condition!!!
Nearly 2 years as a customer and after requesting and much begging still nothing!
