Staff failed to perform instruction

What is it with Discovery, got the monopoly now ride roughshod over everybody. This on the behalf of my son who's work demands that he cannot sit on the phone arguing with Discovery. Lost is job is October/November and phoned Discovery to advise accordingly to temporary SUSPEND the debit. THE IDIOT IN QUESTION did not follow up and do so so hence now my son sits with no Medical AID and has to payback December January premiums before he can be reactivated. This sucks, he is in need on serious dental care but Discovery has given him the middle finger. Really discovery is a detriment to health care. Come on Discovery come back down to earth and help your loyal members......please !!!
