Sphelele is difficult, unhelpful and frustrating

Just spoke to Sphelele regarding my medication order. I loaded the script as expected. Sphelele is not helpful at all, and this is not the first time she is being difficult, unhelpful and frustrating. Another agent called me yesterday and said that the medication will be ready in the morning today. Sphelele is refusing to do her job efficiently without stressing me.
