Spend thousand before you get medical cover -WOW- discovery failed

Absurd! Trying to proceed with my application for a Key Care plus cover, and 3 days incl heritage day I get phone calls about a medical sist removed over 6 years ago, and lastly requested I get a memo gram done at my own cost before I get medical cover! Something I have never even needed to do nor had any problems with my breast yet without cover they require reports that cost thousands! Honestly disgusted in this medical cover and will not recommend!
