<p>I phoned the call centre enquire about some chronic medication problems. I was helped by a gentleman by the name of Darren Gungan. Not only did he help me resolve all my problems he genuinly seem to care about helping me and sympothised with my problems. This is a gentleman that cares about his job. Well done and thank you. </p>
