spectacles claim rejected

Good afternoon, I took my 15 year old daughter for an eye test at Torga Optical in Kolonade, Pretoria. After the examination it was suggested that she must get spectacles and the claim was submitted to Isoleso for approval. The claim was rejected with a lame excuse that my daughter is too young for the type of spectacles that was prescribed. Torga Optical wrote a motivation as to why the specific spectacles has been prescribed and again it was rejected. After the 2nd rejection I requested Jenny to refer it to the clinical board. A dispute in this regard was logged 25 February 2016 and I am still waiting for feedback. Today Torga followed up with Jenny and was informed that the clinical board has not yet provided feedback. I am really frustrated with the process! Who looks after the well being of the patients? Is it within our hands to care of ourselves? Does the clinical board have the privilege to take for ever to evaluate a case???My daughter has to overcome daily obstacles currently without the spectacles, while the medical board have the luxury of time!
