Specialist Savings Benefit

Keycare Plus ********** 61 I have R2683.70 and my Husband 1443.90 in our Specialist Benefit fund and I need to see my Ear Specialist about a hearing aid which you do not cover and see an Eye Specialist as I have inflamation and infection in my eyes. Everyone is closed so can only sort this out next year. Please will your CEO consider putting these savings into our funds for next year as we are Pensioners. My neighbour Pearl Hawkins who is 80 years old Member ********** 80 has about R4000 in hers and she also needs to see Specialists so is in the same predicament. Pearl received her Plan for 2019 in the post only on the 29th November from Alexander Forbes and the copy was so bad one could not even see the print with a magnifying glass. I never received a copy at all. I asked Discover to courier copies to us but Pearl will have to fill in 5 pages of consent which is ridiculous for Discovery to do this and mine is being posted. My Husband has Cancer and is having a Procedure on 5th February 2019 and will need to see the Specialist for follow ups so his R1443.90 will help enormously. Please consider this request and view our circumstances. Will be truly grateful. Karen Schafer
