In a previous review I wrote My Doctor sent in for authorisation for Balloon kyphoplasty on my back after I fell down a small waterfall. The reason for this procedure was that it was less invasive and 1 day in hospital against a spinal fusion with would be 4 days in hospital and 1 day in High care. With corvid as it is at the moment the Balloon kyphoplasty is the safest option. I will now have to fund this myself by crowd funding.. The Balloon kyphoplasty against the spinal fusion is a lot more cost affective and a lot less risk and at 65 i am terrified of covid but the pain i have is so bad. And if i don't have the surgery soon they will not be able to do this surgery . After a lot of help from Angela Dresher who sent a email to Ulasha Govender and Dr Mahalati of discovery they had the decision over turned and I will have the surgery on Sunday if all fall in to place Thank you from the bottom of my heart to all 3 of you
