Special kind of ***********!!

<p>So I submitted a claim, using a statement that clearly shows my deposits to the health care professional, the claim as per indication is for the funds to be reimbursed to me. The Email clearly stating to pay the funds to my account, with bold writing and underlining on the critical parts "funds to my account" yet somehow the flippen idiot still manages to pay to the health care professional. Even after I had made a call the day before the payment was to be release to correct the error, the consultant assured me that it would be corrected and that I would receive a call back from her for the update. </p> <p> </p> <p>Still waiting on the return call...</p> <p> </p> <p>This is not the first time that the funds were incorrectly processed or that I was promised a return call that never happens...<br /> <br /> Congratulations on employing the most under educated, least competent, careless and care free, irresponsible resources to save costs. The cost of your employment strategy is now my burden to bare as the funds I was expecting were to go to my 6 yr old daughters Christmas present!<br /> <br /> If you think hiring a professional is expensive, just wait until you hire an amateur!! but lucky for you that is now my cost isn’t it...</p> <p> </p>
