Sort our my Vitality rewards or i will be cancelling

I have been having issues with Discovery Vitality rewards since i joined Tiles are not unlocking Never get my rewards from last weeks goals Agents all giving different excuses

Called numerous times only to be put on hold while always investigating an issue Agents dont want to give their names

I also asked the agent to call me back because i been on the call for 30min she said she cannot call me back until 11:30 and cannot tell me why
