Someone please save me from Discovery

Earlier this year I cancelled my Discovery Medical Aid for personal reasons which had nothing to do with the quality of service they offered. After I cancelled, an agent called me and told me that my account had some outstanding claims. He also emailed me the account details where I had to deposit the money. I paid the money, but I started receiving calls from a company called ITCBA which threatened me with legal action for owing their client money.<br> I phoned Discovery. The agent who assisted me assured me that I don't owe anything, but my money which they received on 21 September was credited to the wrong account, but Finance would correct it. She gave me a reference number to tell the ITCBA guys to stop harassing me. I tried to give the ITCBA guys the reference number, but they wouldn't accept it.<br> After that, I have phoned Discovery twice and even emailed them the proof of payment twice, but I still get threats of judgement. <br> <br> I have advised the woman who keeps calling me at ITCBA to send my name for judgment.
