"Someone" at Discovery Health is not a real person....

On 21/09/2022 at 10:12 I wrote a review regarding Discovery Health. I received feedback that they acknowledge complain. Wow! On 22/09/22 at approximately 15:22 I received a call from Trevor from Discovery informing me that they are investigating the matter and "Someone" will call me within two to three working days. As this is standard procedure and time line, I thanked him sincerely. Today, 7 working days passed and I haven't heard anything from "Someone" or any body at Discovery.
