SOME KIND OF RECORD 4 YEARS AND 8 MONTHS
I resigned from Bidvest Bank in May 2010, it took Discovery Health 4 years and 8 months to realize that there was a credit on my MSA account, finally paid my funds to me in January 2015, I hope that when I cancel my existing medical aid with them it does not take this length of time to pay out the R15000 that is due to me.

I confirmed that the Scheme will refund any positive funds in the Medical Savings Account to members after four months from the date of withdrawal. We attempted to refund the credit amount to you on 11/10/2010 however, the funds were returned by the bank due to the account details being invalid. We are in the process of requesting members to update their details so that we can refund the amounts. For this reason the funds were only paid out earlier this year.
