So...i changed 2 thi...

So...i changed 2 things on my medical aid..i changed from the company to my personal capicity..and then i went down 1 package..with a extra payment i must make..this was about 8 weeks ago or so....since then..dayly...i get calls from discover...the phone rings 2 tes...and gets cut..everytime i then have to pull over...and by then ..the call is cut off..i have complained..i have threatend...still going on.. Now discovery...if you phone me 1 more @#$@@##. Time..and cut the call ..i will cancel your servicea..i already have a quote from a diffrent medical aid..so..give me 1 reason to cancel discovery..if you want yo phone about the extra money i owe due to the package change..i cant umderatand how this is so dufficult..you have my banking details..take your money.... Dont **** me off...
