So...e months agao.....

So...e months agao..i did some changes to my medical aid policy....i had to pay in as i downgraded..and no for the past e monts almost every day..some @##@@ from discovery calls me...lets the phone ring 2 or e times..then cuts the call...i tried to be nice..i tried to sort it out...but your *********** staff still phones me..and yet again today...i called in...been put thru to dep to.dep..and i spoke to a man..took my frustrations out on him..told him my aittime is done..please call me back so we can sort this out...and guess what..he doesnt return my call... So discovery..i want to speak to a manager...not a overpaid call cente agent....if you dont call me by 5pm TODAY..i will terminate your service with emmidiate effect Your service levels are patthetic
