SO SO SO DISSAPOINTED!!!!!

I joined discovery thinking it was a reliable medical aid, I joined them in April 2014 that's when I started with the company I work for. January this year i found out i was pregnant started corresponding with them from the 20th January till april/may regarding my intention of changing my plan.I sent an emails through asking about the hospitals and the cover and told them I lived in Springs. They sent me a list of hospitals that are covered under the plan im under and non of the hospitals in springs were on that list, I checked with them again and told them my situation and they told me if I stayed more than 50kms from one of the hospitals on the network then I can change my plan, so i worked on changing my plan as soon as possible as I stay very far so i was asked to write a letter and get a letter from my parents stating that i stay with them and I must send proof on residence so that they can help me change the plan, guess what all that was for nothing ,they told me I've always stayed there i didn't move, but i made it clear on the queries that i stayed there and didn't move but going to give birth so far away from where i stayed was not on,they didn't care all I got was sorry
