So saddened.......

So my mom is on Discovery Key Care plus....she had to go to an opthamologist who said she needs an MRI scan done as she is losing her sight and he needs to determine the cause of it...The scan costs over R10K discovery says they will only pay for the scan if the doctor admits her to hospital to treat her for the condition...What an utter *******....My mom needs the scan to determine what she must be treated for....Discovery really ...you dont care for your patients at all...my mom is a pensioner and pays such alot (for her) to Discovery but when she needs help they never come through for her....really pathetic .....Discovery will only pay R1000 which is left in her specialist benefit...My mommy cant hardly see and she cant find out why cause Discovery wont pay for the scan she needs so she can be treated...really this is such a ripp off....How do I tell my mommy this
