So much drama and personal info exposed over a can of milk

I'm very disappointed at how Discovery Health has dealt me a raw deal and exposed my personal information regarding my chronic illness to a 3rd party amidst such hard enforcements of the POPI act across the country. I'm very disappointed. I'm convinced your staff member Vashnee Govender is not even POPI trained if she can divulge that much personal information without a thought to a 3rd party. I have lodged a complaint previously regarding approval of my baby's formula and after all the drama that I have encountered I honestly think Discovery needs to review what they claim as benefits to their members and after more than 12 years of being with the scheme, I don't think they still have a member in me and my family.
