So Frustrated With Discovery Health

I am so frustrated with Discovery health it is not even funny any more... I have canceled my membership with in Aug 2022 and I have paid the savings account money that I was supposed to pay and all of a sudden THEY HANDED ME OVER TO THE CERDIT BUREAU. They are saying tI have not paid them... And when I try to call them non of the numbers are working it keeps of say that the number does not exists....

So how do I go about sorting this out because the is really unacceptable...
