So expensive, but the don't even cover meds of R21

Hi, I've been with discovery last year for about 6 months was on coastal saver me and my daughter.Medical savings account had R14 in it so once depleted We have 6 visits for GP consultation.I phoned they said it's fine just go to doctor on network.when they phone for authorization they didn't want to help me unless I use the R14 balance.Which doesn't make sense.they'll pay the doctor bill in full R345 if I first use the R14 in my savins account.I had to leave go to the pharmacy and purchase something over the counter then go back to the doctor.then phone again only then I could be helped.All this while you're not feeling well.Now I'm on key care plus.I pay R1040 pm,but they can't cover generic antibiotics of R21 subscribed by my dentist or antibiotics the other day for my daughter of R70 also subscribed of which she really needed.all because it's not on their list.So does this mean they only cover basic meds that you can actually purchase over the counter for colds and flu.Where's the relief in having medical aid so that you don't have to stress about medical costs when you or your family is I'll.There's more stress now about what will they cover or meds that's on a list.
