So discovery..beeing a member for more that 10years..i muat realy and sadly say. ...yiur customers service is pathetic I was on our company medical aid.....changed it to my peraonal capacity..then changed my package....in doing so..there is a small amount due to you of 2900... I have tried to get some one to contact me..all i get in the last w weeks is calss that ring 2 times then it gets out down..according to tru caller is discovery...i have complained here about this..but it doeant stop..i have told you stop doing that as now u also phone my wife ..and it rings 2 times..whats goimg on Now i have told u in a email if this doeant stop i will.cancel my membership...and all i get back in reply is...OK..WE WILL CONTACT U TO CANCEL WHAT DEHELL IS GOIMG ON
