So Discovery still won't pay for surgery
<p>So Discovery Health still say they won't pay for my surgery as it does not fall under PMB. It's funny how they have codes for the surgery, but still won't pay for it. You are such a disappointment as a medical aid. That's putting it nicely. You really are quick to take our monthly payment of R11000 a month. But not willing to pay for surgery. I have tried doing this the nice way, but you are not willing to come to the party. Your CEO should be ashamed of himself. I will be going to a lawyer and taking this to Carte Blanche. It's time that people see the horrible side of your company. You have become a greed of a Company. You should truly be ashamed of yourselves. </p> <p>I have attached the codes. </p> <p> </p>

I am tired of your automated responses. This is a quick way of not dealing with the problem. I am tired of begging with yourselved to try and sort this matter out. You like to drag everything out. Its amazing how you will cover a drug overdose patient in ICU and a person who has tried to commit sucide. But you wont cover breast implant removal surgery. You should be ashamed of yourselves in regards to this mattter. Do you feel good know i am walking around in pain. I am sure social media would like to hear about all of this, how you are not willing to help your members out. You want me to send a dispute threw which takes another 30 days. I dont have 30 days. I am doing my surgery on the 31st August as my health is important to me, but clearly not to Discovery Health.
