So called "Customer Service Manager"
Customer service managers??? Cant sort out one query since 4th of June?
After dealing with Loyiso, she on a voice recording admitted two employees from discovery did not do their jobs, and yet she has not done her job? Did not keep appointments to call, did not resolve the query, has not responded to emails, no feedback. What pathetic service is this Discovery?
You took money that did not belong to you and refusing to give it back? Now you dont accept responsibility? Not responding to emails, does anyone ever actually work there?
