So called best medical aid

5 requests for a call back 3 requests for a dr to video call 2 times tried to call emergency services via my *** medical aid app and no success at all.. my wife had an attack which we asssume was an asthma attack , with 4 minors at homes it was a challange and I tired to reach out to *** who i have a medical plan with for myself ,my wife and 4 kids paying almost 10k a month .. not a single call or any attempt to assist .. what service is this ?? Discovery please change this approach as it can result into more fatal incidents, do you guys not take us serious enough to care ??
