SMS Notification of Insurance Suspension
Good afternoon,<br> <br> I received an SMS notifying me that my Health insurance has been suspended. I was placed on hold for over 30 minutes and have not been able to speak to any consultant. <br> I have no idea why my insurance has been suspended and only receive word via an SMS. I find this unacceptable.
