Smart Plan NOT SO SMART!

<p>I was on Keycare Plus, myself and my 2 children.</p> <p> </p> <p>I wanted to upgrade to a better plan with more benefits.</p> <p> </p> <p>To my DISGUST and upgrade meant paying more, but with MUCH LESS BENEFITS!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I requested to be downgraded back to Keycare Plus, but was advised that I can only choose the following options:</p> <p>Classic Delta Core</p> <p>Essential Smart Plan</p> <p>Essential Delta Core</p> <p>KeyCare Access</p> <p>KeyCare Core</p> <p> </p> <p>REALLY DISCOVERY?? REALLY???</p> <p> </p> <p>So I can't go back to Keycare Plus, but I can go to an option with the LEAST benefits of ALL???</p> <p> </p> <p>Someone needs to come to the party ASAP!!!
