Smart plan is *******

Being a young professional, I was attracted to the smart plan after being told of all the benefits. However after subscribing to the plan and needing a doctor, not only was ther absolutely no one in my area (a well known and big suburb of bedfordview in JHB) thet was only 2 doctors within the closest proximity of 40 minute drive away. (Both doctors from the same practice). I drove the distance and received a script from the doctor. I sent it through to my pharmacy of choice via the app only to arrive at the pharmacy where they had no idea of my script. I then had to wait a good hour for them to phone discovery as all the medications were coming up as not covered. Not even generics were covered. And if genetics aren't available, the original SHOULD b covered by medical aid. What it the point of having a medical aid that covers no medication and has so few doctors on their system. Highly disappointed.
