Smart Plan GP network non-existent

<p>6 months into the Smart Plan and there is still no list of GP's available for the Smart Plan. An email to Discovery got the response of "check the website" and the website has no lost. I can not find a GP on the Smart Plan network and I have visited several. ThenSmart Plan appears to nit deliver as advertised to cover GP visits as there is no network to see</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
